Alicia’s professional journey began with a strong foundation in mortgage banking, where she served as VP, Mortgage Administration Manager at a leading regional bank. There, she led profitability growth initiatives, launched innovative lending products and navigated digital transformation projects. Her passion for client-focused solutions and market expansion ultimately inspired her entrepreneurial spirit, leading to the creation of Whole Dog Barkery and Paw Spa, an upscale pet supply store, grooming salon and pet bakery. As the founder of this unique pet services business, Alicia secured substantial investor funding, developed organic pet products and successfully built a strong brand presence.

Her expertise in organization and management extended seamlessly into the insurance sector, where she has thrived as a licensed insurance agent at her own agency, Franklin Functions Insurance Services, since 2009.
